If I cannot do something for you, I refer them. And the trades I refer are very good and do not work for me. My customers use them and trust them just like I do. |

Now this vehicle can park underground where the old one could not.
So no where there was a parking issue before , It has been eliminated and I can now park almost anywhere.
And I did it all for you.
| I do these things to serve my customers better. My system is the only one which allows you to book in several different trades people who I trust and have used in the past, all at the same time. Please be shocked if they all show up at the same time. No other handyman in the world has a Virtual house tied into the booking system which helps you determine which trades person you need for which job. | When I sold this truck below I bought this van because I needed a vehicle to demonstrate the "Handy-Hoist." I almost retired here. Canadian tire bought 15,000 units and I shifted my business off to work on the project. But then I spent all my time in a shop working with my new business partner on them. |

I do not do this type of "cheap construction" but I do not understand how the government can accept this garbage and the unsuspecting customer who buys it once everything is covered over with other construction materials Anytime it rains while a house is being constructed, if the house is not protected, the wood will absorb the water and swell and in most cases the builder just hides it behind something else. I would never buy a newly constructed house. I will build my own myself. ALL THE DARKER SPOTS, ARE POTENTIAL FOR WATER DAMAGE |

I can design a concept, create the menu, work out the portions with a chef, do the food costing, design the restaurant and bar to code, supervise the construction, order the kitchen equipment, supervise the installation of it all, put in just about any system from a manual one to a totally computerized one like "squirl," hire the staff, train the staff, design the menu, photograph the (HAVE 15 YEARS COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPERIENCE) food, create the web site, Manage the restaurant and then it is running smoothly, hand they keys over to the owner. Beat that HOLMES!!! HAHAHEHEHEEHEH I guarantee your happiness because without my customers, I would not have a business.

So Les, what can you do?
| First of all you can drop me in the middle of no-where with a can opener and I will survive, But I am nothing special. The same for all those who were trained in the militaries of the world including the SAS and Green Berets or the even more famous U.S. Navy Seals can do even more.
