Please note if you do not cancel an appointment in advance in time, there is $75.00 service charge per trades person you booked in if they are coming to do work for you.

On the other hand, if you booked in a quote with a roofer for instance and he knows what he has to quote and it is outside your house, then it really does not matter if you don't show up because he can just leave the quote in the door.

If you booked in an electrician who has to do work in your house and you do not show up, and there is no key for him, so he can start, then there is a $75.00 fee and the same goes for anyone else you hire here. No shows are very rare and nothing is written in stone. We understand emergencies can happen. We are human too.
