Things you will need to buy if BOUGHT THE STANDARD VERSION and you do not already have them.
1. the ability to photocopy bills quickly and enlarge them if possible
2. File folders standard or Legal (Legal is a little longer that is the only difference
3. 6 baskets which are big enough to hold a standard pc of paper at the bottom

5. Get a binder and make 2 labels for it. One you will put on the spine and the other on the cover. Put the current year. This is where you will store all the deposit slips the program generate for you and you take to the bank for them to stamp. In Canada you must show your paperwork for 7 years. So this in one very easy way to do it because all you will have is 7 binders. And if your business is more like a hobby, you may only need one large binger to put it all in.
IF YOU HAVE A LABELING MACHINE THEN YOU CAN MAKE IT LOOK EVEN BETTER
6. Get yourself those dividers you can put in a binder that separate the months as seen here.
7. Get yourself a stapler but if you can afford it, buy an electric stapler. it is much faster. Remember that time is money and if you become more efficient then you will become more profitable.
