My Rates

The time starts when I arrive at your building or house, and it stops when I have finished putting all my the tools back in my van. I charge the $75.00 minimum even when I go to look at something, Usually I go to fix it but if something cannot be fixed, then 75.00 minimum applies and I will try to fix other things if you have a list. Sometimes on bigger jobs I will just leave my tools at the job site to save time because I do not want to waste your money. My hourly rates do not include the cost of materials such as screws, silicone, brackets or other such things. Although I have a good collection of hardware, I donot have everything and may have to go to the store to buy things, I also charge for this time, however if you want to go to the store while I am working at your place, I am happy if you do that. You can save yourself a little money and I can just do more stuff while you are at the store.

The first hour or less is $75.00/hr for my time plus expenses (screws nails, lumber, etc.) And it is the same cost for every hour after. For example: If it takes me 1.5 hours to do your work, then that is all you pay in time. Similarly if it takes me only 1/2 hour to so the Job, there is still a 1 hour minimum. But lets us say that in the 20 years I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, working for half an hour, has happened only twice.

Need your garden cleaned? Get a garden package 4 hours for $200.00 no tax

raking up leaves defining and turning beds. All you need to do is buy the leave and refuse bags for the garden and have at list two packs there.

I make my money on the amount of time I am at your place, and if I am over 5 minutes into the next 1/2 and hour I charge for that 1/2 hour. I have a 5 minute grace period and if I go 4 minutes over there is no additional charge but if I go 6 minutes over there is. It is very rare that this happens but it does from time to time. I start a digital timer when I arrive at your place and the time starts from then if you have not arranged for a place for me to park, and I have to spend time looking for a place, then you are charged for that too so place make sure you arrange parking. In most cases it is not a problem as I park in the customers driveway but if it is a building in downtown then please arrange it.

I spend a lot of my money to make sure I am organized for you. I do not waste your time or hard earned money and the fact that I have been around for 20 years should say something to you. I know what I am doing and I save you time and money in the long run.

If I need a helper, I charge $50.00/hr. for my helper.

All correspondence with me must be in English
All international jobs but be discussed in detail
Then pre-paid ticket must be sent along with travel antennary
Vehicle rental (small car is fine and standard)
I have an international drivers license
And can drive almost anything
and I can do business in the European common market
I speak Some German and am Fluent in Hungarian and English
Other visas & permits must be pulled by you if work is to commence in any other countries.
