For those who do not know me. I am Les the Handyman and I have been providing service to my customers for over 25 years  that's a 1/4 century WOW.  97% of them are married women who are frustrated because their husbands, always promise to fix the gate, or replace the garage door but never do.  These women also have waited many times for trades people that never showed up and never called.  Eventually they find their way to me. I do what almost not other handyman does. 

I offer service like they have never seen or heard of before and they keep coming back because if I can't do something, like electrical work, I refer someone else and I do not sub-contract. 

Because those very customers have been asking me  where is the best place to fix  their cars, so they won't get ripped off hence a transmission place right out on the front page because as it is the most misunderstood part of a car or truck, or do I know anyone  who makes curtains, I have  expanded the way I serve them.  If you are already a Les the Handyman customer you know this to be true.

Last year a customer of mine, who sells a heath product asked if she could advertise on my site, but I do not sell advertising on my site because it is a conflict of interest.   How could I make recommendations to my customers if I was selling advertising.  Yes I could make more money but then I would not be able to sleep at night.  So I decided  not to sell anyone advertising but to inform my customers of their products and services if I believe the product or service would benefit them . 

 I  created this site to help you my customer so that you will have a better life, by providing  all the  information that would benefit you. I will collect money  from the trades people eventually and some have been helping financially with the development  of my site .  It is a very new concept .

Most of my customers are into heath and so I  went to a heath show to see if there are things you  would be interested in.  I found out some interesting things.  Click in the food in the Virtual kitchen and see what happens (coming soon)

As you may or may not know I also provide other trades as a convenience to my customers.  My customers the the single most important thing to me.

I cannot do everything and when you need an electrician and a plumber, at the same time , for instance, they require licensing,  by law. so I do not sub-contract. I refer only, so you pay those people directly. I make my money in two ways.  Eventually the trades people will pay me a monthly fee to use my on-line booking system, and I make most of my money fixing and installing things for you. And to save you time, you can book me  and them all on-line.

When I designed this system, I was still referring trades people to my customers manually and every other service you can imagine, even seamstresses  because most of my customers cannot sew.  Now it is all electronic  so you  can schedule any of the people you need. The booking system shows you the common times of those you selected.  And to save you time, you can book any of us in; on-line.

After you make the booking, the system  sends an email to each of those trades people telling them of the appointment with you, who you are, where you are located and sends you an e-mail informing you that you have booked them in. Then  it will send you  and them a reminder a day before the appointment and on the day of the appointment so everyone is on the same page.  Cool eh? People think that I am the answer to their dreams, and I am glad they think so.  I am the topic of interest at parties  and most people know who I am  and that I do good work and that my booking system is easy to use, and if I can any anything,,,,,serving my customers well has paid off.
