The $40 price of the Vivid Voice system works on the premise to deliver all calls to and from your cell phone using “My5”* which allows unlimited calls to and from any five numbers.

1.     2.  Send us your information and sign the form

Give us your e-mail address or fax number so that we may send you the special form which needs to be signed by you. Fax it along with your most recent cell phone bill back to us at 1-877-208-5050 for processing. This will allow us to “park” your phone number at Vivid Voice. This will take approximately 10 days to complete. Your bill will need to have been paid in full the previous billing cycle or the transfer will not go through.

2.      3, Getting your new number

Note: You do not lose your ownership of your old cell number as we have parked it at Vivid Voice.

After we e-mail a confirmation of the transfer, you need to call your cell phone provider and say exactly the following: “I ported my number to a business service but would like to continue my cell phone contract with a new cell phone number”. Your service provider should have no problem doing this for you, allowing you to continue the same contract with a new cell phone number. Please e-mail you new cell phone number to Vivid Voice so we can connect to it. See the diagram below.

Free parking  for your existing telephone number(s) if you "port it over" to them.  Did you know that you own your phone number even if you are with Bell or Rogers, so you never have to get a new phone number again. All you need to do is tell Vivid Voice  that you want to port your number to them. People will call you can get your voice mail but  now it will be on the Vivid Voice tell system.

There is usually a $15.00 fee when moving your number somewhere but Vivid Voice will eat the cost if you sign up for 1 year.

If you have a business with several incoming lines. All you have to do is port all the numbers over and no mater what number someone calls they will get your business.  But you do not have to pay 25.00/month per telephone line.

NO!!!  You only pay for one telephone like and all the numbers will just point to one of the five.  So you only pay 25.00 for 5 numbers.  Cool eh?

And if you are not in your office  you can still retrieve your emails on your on line account.

It is easy and it is quick

You can also forward a fax to someone who is not  in your office, just like you would send an email to a friend.

Remote Access Number   allows you to access to your messages when you are not  at your desk. And the same works for al your employees.

Everyone can check their own voice mail and if you have free incoming calls  on your cell phone, The Vivid Voice Tel system  can call you every day at a certain time to deliver them to you.  Your cell phone company will just think it is an in-coming call just like any incoming call.  But the Vivid Voice Tell company will also allow you to call people back through this feature.  Yes you can make outbound calls with your remote access number.

Ring Groups   If you have more than three extensions, on the Vivid Voice System you can decide  which extensions will ring or not when someone calls you.

An example of this if someone calls your system  and three of your ext.'s  are for customer service people to answer. it will  only ring those three.  You can have all the ext,'s you want.  You get two for free  when you  sign up for a year for not additional charge  and  if you want several more, call us.  We will make you a deal you cannot refuse.  

Follow me   allows you to be reached at several different numbers.  This is especially good  because if someone misses the call  at work, it will ring through your cell phone. You tell us which number you wan in there and we will put them in for you and there is no extra charge for this from Vivid Voice.

If you bought voip (Voice over ip phones for your office call screening is available   it allows you to see who is calling you. If you own an optional copy of THE PERFECT BUSINESS SYSTEM,  the information of that call will automatically be put into your data base for easy call returning dialing system.

Call screening can also  do many things other systems cannot do  and  all these features are included too.

When someone calls you , a message can sound  WHO IS CALLING PLEASE" and the caller can say who it is.

Then when you hear that message  you can:

a) you can even take the call

b) send a voice message to be play back to the  called like  :I'll call you back in an hour I am in a meeting.

d) send the call  to voice mail

e) and you can even forward the call to another extension

Visual Voice mail   allows called to be time stamped when they were received with a caller ID  and can be sent via email to any ext. 

Music on hold   allows your customers to be entertained while they arte on hold by one of our music selections  or you may choose the optional custom music package where we put your advertising  on an ad we create for you.

Call detail report   allows you to view all the calls made to you and all the calls which were also made outbound. This can be accessed though your  account on line.
