It is impossible with my current technology, however, I may be able to come tomorrow. Please describe the problems in detail when booking the appointment.

I am very organized, I show up on time, call, if I will be late, don't touch what I don't know and refer to others what I do not do.  Most importantly  I will put a smile on your face, because I will save you lots of hassle by telling you only what needs to be done and how it should be done even if I don't do it.   You do not pay for travel time too and from  the job unless I am picking up materials on the way for you.  The time starts when I arrive at your building your house. If you make space for me on your driveway or in front of your house, I can be more efficient for you.  I don't like to waste time.  You will never find me standing around doing nothing.  Handyman rates.

I even have a digital timer, which I start, when I come.  If I sit down to have lunch, I stop the timer.

The first hour or less is $75.00/hr for my time plus expenses. And it is the same cost for every hour after that Screws and nails or whatever I use then it is broken down into 1/2 hour increments.  For example:  If it takes  me  1.5 hours to do your work, then that is all you pay in time.  Similarly if it takes me only 1/2 hour to so the Job, there is still a 1 hour minimum.  But let us say that in the 20 years I HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS, working for half n hour,  has happened only twice.  I still have to drive there and  then to the next customer. 

I make my money on time, and if I am over 5 minutes into the next 1/2 and hour I charge for that 1/2 hour. I have a 5 minute grace period  and if I go 4 minutes over  there is no additional charge but if I go 6 minutes over  there is. It is very rare that this happens but it does from time to time.    I start a digital timer when I arrive and the time starts from then.

I spend a lot of my money to make sure I am organized for you. I do not waste your time or hard earned money and the fact that I have been around for 20 years should say something to you.  I know what I am doing and I save you time and money in the long run.
