I have been cleaning my eves every year fro the past 20 years. (I don't clean eves myself) and for my little house have paid anywhere from 60 to 80 dollars. Now I think that I have also cleaned them twice on occasion. But I won't count that. Even if I only count the one time I will have spent $1600.00 not to mention all the times I had to get them fixed over the years because of clogged pipes etc. which caused me all kinds of grief.
It costs $6.00 per foot installed
a min. of 40 ft. must be ordered at once.
The other thing is when these people come once a year they lean their ladders against the eves sometimes bending them and it becomes another thing to fix.
A ladder with a foot on it us the proper thing for your eves and roof. So the ladder does not damage the eves or the roof. Most eves cleaning people do not have ladders like this and this is one ofthe problems we face as home owners.
I know of a product that costs from $6.00/ft. installed which will not allow you eves to get clogged in the first place, but you won't have to clean them they say for 20 years. Now that is something that appeals TO ME IN A VERY BIG WAY.
I usually do not endorse products, because I don't trust most of the garbage out there but this product shows promise and after installing them at my place can see the benefits already, when the leaves cannot fall into the eves in the first place, they don't stay cause there is no where for them to go. They eventually get blown off and don't end up in the eves.

I am going to put pictures on my site about how this product works. It is basically very simple. I think after doing Les the Handyman for 20 years myself, I realize that the simplest thing to fix something is always the best, this product may save us lots and lots of aggravation. The only thing you have to do is write down on a big pc. of paper in your house book, not to have the eves cleaned anymore.
You don't need an estimate, just measure where you have eves or gutters and you will know the price.
