Because I am very organized, I find things and put them away very fast. if you like, you can even help me to make the work go faster. It is all up to you. I can send you to the store if you want to buy things while I am fixing others. I am happy not to go to the store because I prefer to fix things.
I charge 75.00/hr for my time plus expenses. Screws and nails or whatever I use. The first hour or less is 75.00 then it is broken down into 1/2 hour increments. For example. if it takes me 1.5 hours to do your work, then that is all you pay.
Similarly if I go over the first hour by 5 minutes, it usually counts as an extra 1/2 hour, but if I have already been there for three hours, I don't charge for the extra 1/2 hour. I don't waste time. As you will see if you are there.
Or I may just hive you some cards to hand out and that works for me for that 5 minutes over. I am fair with my customers. I have had customers for many many years. I serve my customers. I also do not smoke or drink, don't take coffee breaks. i am there to work.
If you live in a condo, the time starts when I arrive at your building, so the more efficient you are in getting my parking, the better it is for you. I can't stand wasting time. If your security guards are... "one shy of a full basket," it may mean waiting 15 20 minutes trying to get into the building. Time you are paying for. So I urge you to be as organized as you can on your side.
I have even designed my own booking system, to make my time even more efficient giving more time to my customers. Remember there is always Less Stress and Mess when you hire Les.
