I have about 20 years PROPERTY MANAGEMENT and Construction and design  experience as well as  18 years  Canadian construction experience; including about 8 years  European construction.   I understand the concept of "Murphy’s Law.   And deal with it day to day.  I can handle stress well but I try to be as
