How much do they pay me for my ads on my site?
Nothing! I pay for everything. I will not corrupt myself by selling myself out for pennies. People who end up on my site so so because I approved of how they conduct themselves in business or I am impressed by the way they clean up after a job or by how well they treat their customers. I do research and check because there are sooooo many bad ones out there. I have been approached by many companies who would pay me sizable amounts of money just to list them. But that means I approve of them, even if I don't and I cannot cross that line. The construction business is lined with fraud and cheating and poor workmanship and cutting corners and "biting the hand the feeds you" and all kinds of unpleasantries. Just because you find a company on the web does not mean they are good at what they do. it just means you found them. They must prove to you they know what they are talking about. I have met so many who can't even speak English. How can you run a company with out speaking English??? I will never send someone out like that unless they are so good at what they do, and so cheap that I guess we just have to put up with it. I put many oif my references on line so you can see and hear them, and I have before and after pictures too.

How do they come off the list?
Because I usually do not take a percentage of any job I refer, I do however ask that the odd favour be done for me. Sometimes if I have a really good customer, and they need their eves cleaned, and someone from an eves company owes me a favour because of the piles of business I sent to him, I may send the customer this favour. For me a happy customer is the most important thing, not how much beer I can consume with friends on the weekend. I live for my customers. And they please me by sending me more business to please them more. This is what I do. I provide a good service and I try to keep the corruption out of it. As soon as people start to tale advantage of my hospitality, I take them off the list.
What constitutes taking advantage on my hospitality?
a) not returning my calls, not once, twice, or even tree times but more that 10
b) not helping me when I am in a bind
c) not showing up for an appointment and not calling to tell me why
d) is constantly late
