Let us help you create a

HOUSE BOOK

You should have a master manual for your house.

Who to call in an emergency when  there is a leak in the roof

Where the main water shut off is

Who is your Electrician?

Who is your plumber?

There is a board that needs to be replaced in your deck, so you have to call Les the Handyman TO GET IT DONE RIGHT.

The garden needs a good cleaning, who do you call?

The power keeps going out in a particular room.

Knowing who to call is half the battle and saves a whole lot of stress.  it is much better than having to comb through weeks of  junk mail in hopes of finding an ad for one of the above trades.  But you don't really want to do that.  How can you trust what these people are saying?  It looks impressive  on print  but how do you know.

I am a very good handyman but I do not touch electrical and plumbing.  There is a reason for that.  You should have licensed people for those things.  And  a good handyman can do the rest.  But a handyman should not be doing the roof of your house.  So be careful out there.

The people I refer to you, are good  and many of them, Like Jack the Electrician, I have been referring for  more than 15 years. I don't refer anyone else because I don't trust anyone else and I have been in the business for over 20 years.

Finding good people is hard.  Finding realiable people, even harder.  And finding people who know what they are doing and what their limitations are, harder still.  None of the people on my site for the trades, sub-contracts.  They can't get on their if they do and if I ever find out that they did it, they come off the site.

And no-one pays for advertising.  They are there because they are good at what they do. I have interesting stores on my site too.  Places I found when I was out looking around.  Just take a look.

I am here to do one thing. provide the best service I can to my customers.  And it is as simple as that.
